Residential Construction
All New Construction will be $ .20 per square foot
- Porches, decks, fireplaces, garages and manufactured homes shall be included in the square footage.
- Renewal fee will be on half initial fee.
Additions, Alterations:
- Up to 100 square feet $25.00
- Any square footage over 100 sq. ft. will be $ .20 per sq. ft.
- Renewal fee will be one half initial fee.
Detached Accessory Building
- Below 140 sq. feet no fee
- Any square footage over 140 sq. ft. will be $ .15 per sq. ft.
- Renewal fee will be on half the initial fee.
Multiple Dwelling
- Fees for each unit calculated as a single family unit.
Alteration:
- Alteration of $20,000 or greater cost for residential or commercial fee $200.00
