Tri-Town Recreation offers programs to residents of Elma, Marilla and Wales. The Towns of Elma, Marilla and Wales work together to offer quality recreation programming.
Tri-Town Recreation Summer Programs:
The 2012 Summer schedule will be available to community residents April 25th in Town Halls. Summer programs are scheduled for 7 weeks. Programs include Day Camp, Tennis Lessons and Swim Lessons.
Latimer Tri-Town Recreation Ice Hockey Program Director: Tom Thomas
All youth in grades 1 through 8 are eligible to participate in the ice hockey program. This program is designed to teach basic skating and hockey skills. This program starts at the end of September and concludes in February. Skaters are still welcomed to join. This program meets at Leisure Rinks in the Southtowns. Tri-Town Recreation Youth Bowling Programs Directors: Dennis & Bonnie Theal
Registration occurs at Victoria Lanes on October 22nd. Both programs have limited space available.
League Bowling for 4th - 12th graders will be offered for 17 weeks on Saturday from 9am - 12 noon starting in November. There is only space available for 8 teams. You may sign up as a team or an individual.
Instructional Bowling for Pre-K through 4th graders will be offered for 7 weeks on Saturdays from
12pm - 1pm. Two sessions will be available: Session I will start in November and Session II will begin in January.
Tri-Town Recreation Ski Club Director: Dave Lord
Tri-Town Recreation ski club will be skiing at Kissing Bridge for 8 weeks on Thursdays from
4:30pm - 8:30pm. Iroquois Central School students in 6th - 12th grades are invited to participate. Registration information will be available in the Iroquois Middle School and High School offices in the beginning of October. Registration deadline is the end of October.
Tri-Town Recreation Winter Program Director: Bonnie Mather
The youth recreation program is for boys and girls in kindergarten through sixth grade who are interested in recreational games, swimming and crafts. The program is from 9am to 12noon on Saturdays at the Iroquois Middle School during the months of January and February. Bus transportation available from the Wales and Marilla Primary Schools. Registration is required and may be completed during program hours.
